CLEAR is now the largest, membership based, democratically-run drug law reform group that has ever existed in Britain. The pressure groups, thinktanks and academic institutions have failed us. While they engage in politicking and personal career development, out on the streets, at the grass roots, in real life, we are making the truth about cannabis CLEAR!

CLEAR is the only realistic option for those who want to join together to create real, practical change. We aim to end the prohibition of cannabis, most urgently for those who need it as medicine. We call on all British people of good conscience, common sense and compassion to join with us now.

The new members forum will provide the opportunity for everyone to have their say. As the party has grown through the past year we have attracted criticism and attack but membership has continued to grow every week. Now the forum will strengthen us from the core. We aim for realistic, rational, reasonable and responsible regulation. CLEAR is the acceptable face of cannabis use. We reject tribalism and “alternative” philosophies. We are mainstream. The benefits of cannabis should be for everyone, not for some exclusive group that wishes to remain outside society as some sort of counterculture.

Topics for discussion on the forum include plans for the 2012 conference, consultation on the second edition of the CLEAR Plan for Regulation, formation of local constituency based groups and our very own coffeeshop for socialising with other members.
